This oak leaf garland looks great strung along a mantelpiece or shelf to herald in Autumn. The garland is approximately 1m 50cm in length with two hanging loops either end fixed with wooden buttons. The acorn caps are real and filled with various warm Autumn shades of felted wools. This garland features a needle felted mouse called Mabel who holds a tiny wicker basket over one arm filled with a ball of wool and knitting needles. in her apron pocket are miniature scissors and threads. Mabel is cosy in her green hand knitted shawl and stands at approximaterly 15cm in height. This makes her one of my larger garland characters. Beside him are two handmade 100% wool oak leaves and acorn and a grapevine heart with button detail. There are also hand stitched and wired oak leaves either end and many small natural elements throughout. Each garland I make is different and unique & this is a one off piece. There is a Wild & Wool fabric label sewn in.
Sorry this Autumn garland is not a toy and unsuitable for children under the age of 12 due to possible choking hazards.
